Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Fall - House & Travel

Refund schedule: Request received by 10 pm on DATE - Full Refund ($120) Request received by 10 pm on DATE - 75% Refund ($90) Request received by 10 pm on DATE - 50% Refund ($60) Request received by 10 pm on DATE - 25% Refund ($30) Request received on or after DATE will not receive a refund To request a refund send an e-mail to: rogersyouthvb@gmail.com

Winter/Spring - Club Velocity

100% refund issued if you cancel 24 hours or more before your tryout time is held. The tryout fee of $25 (pre-register) or $40 (walk-in) will not be refunded if you fail to cancel 24 hours before the scheduled tryout or if the player does not make a team or declines a team placement. If you accept a team, but then later back out, you will not be refunded your downpayment.
