Mission & Purpose

Mission Statement

It is the mission of Rogers Area Youth Volleyball Association (RAYVA) to promote and encourage the playing of volleyball for school youth within the Independent School District 728 and surrounding areas.

Purpose

The purpose of RAYVA is:

1. To support and promote volleyball programs to provide opportunities for competitive youth development;
2. To teach the game of volleyball in a fun and energetic environment, that encourages life lessons such as team work, leadership and positive attitude;
3. To provide quality instructional coaching;
4. To provide adequate volleyball facilities and equipment;
5. To increase parent and community involvement in youth activities.
